At Newcomb and Company our customers are not a number in a call center, but families and individuals that we know. Many homeowners know their service technician personally since we are in our 3rd generation of customers and our technicians have been servicing customer homes and their family's homes for a number of years. We believe in respecting our customer relationships and try our best to be on time for scheduled appointments. All of our service calls have up front diagnostic charges and before any repairs are made the customer is given a firm price. Once the repair is authorized, the risk of a cost overrun is borne by Newcomb and Company.
